    I have searched for hours for a solution to uploading a csv file of products to WooCommerce. I am using woo commerce 3.64 and wordpress 5.2.1. I switched to the generic 2019 theme to see if it would upload there, but it didn’t. I installed a MIME plug in (although my error never mentioned security issues). I changed the limits in the php file, switched the file to txt instead of csv, uploaded it directly to the server, but nothing works.

    Thank you. Your headings are mislabeled. Don’t use uppercase and you have to use an underscore for spaces.

    Please see a sample CSV add one product based on this and if you have success then add all your products.

    Ah. I downloaded the csv directly from products I had entered manually and didn’t think about the column headings being changed. Bad news: it still didn’t work. I am using the unpaid woo commerce at the moment. I was under the impression I should be using these headings: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Import-Schema#csv-columns-and-formatting
    I attempted uploading the sample csv, and it said link was expired, too. Here is the updated csv.

    That’s our own csv so it has to be something you’re adding to it that’s making it not take or permissions are incorrect on your server.

    What did you change on the sample form?

    Hi @mda345,

    Just to make sure I understand this correctly: When you try to import a CSV file on your site, you are given the error “The link you followed has expired”. Is that correct?

    If so, can you confirm how are you importing the CSV file? Is it through the built-in importer tool located in the Products screen of the Dashboard?

    If that’s the case, and you are unable to upload even the unmodified sample CSV file, the issue is likely not with the file but elsewhere on the site. There are two things I’d suggest you test:

    1. Try creating a brand new administrator account on the site, and then attempt to import the file again while logged in to this new account. Just to make sure the issue does not lay with the permissions of the account you are currently using.

    2. If that doesn’t work, I’d then recommend trying a conflict test. This would require you to switch your site’s theme to the free Storefront theme, and then disable ALL plugins on your site except for WooCommerce. Under this setup, try to upload the file again.

    Hopefully this shines some light on the issues!
