    Very likely some security plugin or server security settings are preventing you from saving the code.

    Try to disable them or ask your hosting company for help.

    I don’t have any security plugin and I’ve been using this hosting (digital ocean) for many years without any problems.

    This is a message when WP can’t validate security token.
    You need to figure out what is interferring with the plugin.

    Check also the browser and adblockers.

    Can’t be more specific as I can’t reproduce the issue.
