The link rel=canonical : Conflict with Polylang

Hi,
In the head of the page of a custom post type page, for the link rel=canonical, I have links like “https://www.example.com/%post_type_name%”.
When I desactivate “Custom permalinks” or Polylang the issue is no longer there.
Do you know how to fix this bug ?
