the link of yoursite in configuration page is not correct

  • Plugins>Email + Configuration

    the link of your site is groptivity.com..
    it must be change to grouptivity.com

  • Best bet would be to contact the plugin author directly. There should be an email or homepage mentioned within the plugin file.

    This has been updated in the development version. We still have some testing to do as there are other changes n that release but thanks for spotting this.
