What exactly do you mean with “apply a AJAX filter”? Maybe you should check the web developer console of your browser if you see any errors in the console tab.

For completeness: using AJAX in general is not a problem at all with the plugin. See for example my website https://arnowelzel.de/en/ where the search form is a “realtime” search which uses AJAX to get results from the server while you are typing but I also use Lightbox with PhotoSwipe to display images in PhotoSwipe.

When i apply a filter the lightbox just stop working. I have check the console and there is no extra error.

I try V5. But it’s the same. Apart from this issue, v5 also has a double lightbox problem. I search this problem and it seems that there is no good solution for now so i can only use V4.

Ok, you enable a filter which is provided by plugin or theme which I don’t know at all. When I check the source of your website it seems you use Elementor Pro and WooCommerce and maybe a number of other things as well. For the future: such information which page builder, plugins etc. you use, is important to understand what may cause problems. A information like “I enable a filter and then it does not work any longer” is way too generic.

First of all: the integrated lightbox of WooCommerce – which is also a version of PhotoSwipe – is not compatible with Lightbox with PhotoSwipe. It must be disabled. This is also the cause for the “double lightbox problem” when you try to enable V5 in my plugin – because WooCommerce also uses PhotoSwipe, but it’s own V4 version. When you enable V5 in my plugin you have two different versions of PhotoSwipe active at the same time. But also V4 will not work properly since WooCommerce has its own frontend script which conflicts with my plugin.

Also see here how to disable the lightbox of WooCommerce, maybe that helps:

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to disable WooCommerce, but the filter issue still exists in both v4 and v5. The reason may be my filter plugin or some other plugins. I will continue to investigate.
