The lightbox not working

    after installing on WP 3.8
    The Plugin could not be activated due to fatal error !!!

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /mnt/web003/e0/70/547470/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-gallery/admin/gallery-shortcode.php on line 250

    Is there anything I should consider to use the plugin?

    @priyabrata.ry, Please give me a demo link to check.

    @ludwigsburg which version of PHP you are using? Also shouldn’t you update WordPress? 3.8 is older version.

    Sir, it showing the following error :
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cmb2_dir() (previously declared in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/vcode/wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-gallery/libs/cmb2/includes/helper-functions.php:18) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/vcode/wp-content/themes/CMB2-Example-Theme-master/inc/cmb2/CMB2.php on line 15

    I am using cmb2 for metaboxes in my theme and it is on a local host.
