After updating to the latest version (2.1.9), users are unable to play the course that they have enrolled. (The lesson are clickable, but once it opens it just says “this lesson has been locked” in the lesson window). I’ve reverted to version 2.1.8 and the issue is fixed.

In the course listing, when logged in as user, all lessons that are not marked as “preview” says “This lesson has been locked”, except when preview lesson which played just fine.

FYI, the option “auto enroll course” is marked in settings, all of my courses are marked as – required enroll & require purchase & block access after course expired.

    Hi mudassiriqbal,

    So sorry to hear that.

    1. Can you show me the courses page URL so I can take a look?

    2. You have the same problems with those lessons?

    Regards,

    Ken

    Hi iampark97,

I just found out the reason why. There is a wrong process with “block access after course expired” option.

Our develop team is working hard to make a hotfix. Please wait for the next update. We will try to release it asap.

So sorry for the inconvenience you had.

    Regards,

    Ken
