    I think – this is the issue due to JSON string and JS. We are working on revision of plugin and will released new version in next 15 days.

    Lead data submitted successfully into CRM, issue with message display only with new version.

    For now I did not released new version but update the required JS file and resolved the issue. Please download plugin again and removed older one.
