the layout is broken with woocommerce on checkout page

    I installed WooCommerce but it doesn’t work properly.

    To be more specific,

    1.
    The radio button to select the payment method is not displayed.

    2.
    The credit card layout of the payment plug-in is broken.
    (For example, the icon of Visa card is enlarged.

    In particular, the inability to do “1” is fatal.

    I think that the theme I’m using isn’t loading a specific css or something for wordpress (or woocommerce), but I can’t pinpoint it exactly.

    If anyone knows more about this, please let me know.

    If I change the theme to “Twenty Nineteen”, it works fine, so it’s obviously a theme problem, but I’m not sure exactly what it is.

  • Hi, eveveveveveveve, what theme are you using on the site?

    Using the Chrome Dev Tools, I can see that your theme has a slug of ‘sg092a’ but knowing that is not enough to determine what your theme is.

    Thanks for your reply.

    My theme is a customized theme by a Japanese company.
    So, the structure is unique or old, but I do not know in details.
    Nobody can download the theme since it is for paid users only.

    Is there any way to solve this problem?
