  • Mate I have just updated and now I have no site…. Will this be permanent? I got in touch with my service provider and they don’t know what to do… I got sent a link by WordPress to reactivate the account into back up mode but it does not work…

    .. same problem!

Delete the plugin folder and put version 3.8. And everything will be good ??

PS : The new wordpress debug mode is deactivated by clicking on the link sent by email by wordpress and clicking on the top right of the Back-office.

As the email sent by WordPress to my admin email did not allow me to go into recovery mode. I was unable to delete the plugin.

Luckily sometime ago I installed the WordPress App on my android phone. Cut a long story short I could still access WordPress Admin from there I managed to deactivate BackUpWordPress. So went back live.

Not going to use that pluggin again..

    Thanks for your help mate.
