• It is now impossible to update the content boxes with any inputted text. It now always displays the default text.I also disabled the whole section and re-enabled , as well as reverting the whole section to default and nothing resolves the issue.

Here’s two images of the issue: and the result

Thanks for any help with this,
    Shane

  • To Cross-terrain,

Yes, you will see the notification in your dashboard.
Meanwhile, it’s still not available yet.
It’s still under www.remarpro.com Theme Checker review queue.

    Thanks!

If anyone doesn’t feel like waiting for wordpress to “OK” the theme – you can download the update from them @ theme4press.com and manually overwrite the theme files in your wp folder – if you have access to your cpanel. I did this right when they updated the theme and it worked perfectly.

Hmm ahmadal that solution definitely is tempting, but Im afraid to mess with the themes files, as Im not that experienced and I caused a major problem the other day trying to find a workaround for this theme issue. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for WP to approve updates? If it will likely be within a day or two its probably worth just waiting, otherwise I think Ill try ahmadal’s solution

    Hi,

The issue on this thread is about unable to change front page content box description, which is fixed in version 3.4.3

It’s not about not able to get the content boxes to appear.
There is no issue with that, the content boxes are showing up properly.

You need to install the reduxframework plugin and activate it.

Go to Theme Options -> Front Page Content Boxes -> Enable Front Page Content Boxes Enable this option.

    Thanks!

I’m on Evolve 3.4.3, and I already have the same issue.

I tried to disable ReduxFramework, and I thought it was resolve… But it only work on the preview. After saving the content boxes don’t save and publish.

Anyone have the same issue ?

    Hi Ganadaco,

You need to activate the redux framework plugin, in order to be able to access WordPress admin -> Theme Options -> Front Page Content Boxes.

The front page content box is working properly. The descriptions are also working properly now. There is no more issues regarding content boxes. Please kindly check your Theme Option settings.

If you require further help, Please post your website url.

    Thanks!

Yes it was another problem, sorry to bother, and thanks for your reactivity Denzel ??

    Hi,

    Thanks Granadaco! you are welcome!
