The latest update 6.9.1 broke footer hyperlink and title above

    i just want you to know, that the latest update 6.9 and 6.9.1 broke :
    a. hyperlink in footer, usually i can create text, now it’s gone
    b. title inside the wp dashboard has = ‹ site title

    can you fix it? thank you
