    Hi guys,

Not sure what to do next… I am getting the following error when trying to connect Jetpack:

Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://www.predatorstuff.com [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Recv failure: Connection reset by peer]

My xmlrpc file is present and working fine with the “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” message when linked directly and some XML is seen when you use the ?rsd suffix.

I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Hostgator support and they could find nothing restricting calls to that file. Helpdesk opened a new ticket with network support that could take 24 to 72 hours to answer but so far they don’t see anything wrong in the config.

I have also disabled all plugins and same issue. Anything else I should try?

    Thanks!
    Dan

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
