Thanks. But I only see the option to remove the <i> tag for the Date/Time, not the “Map Unavailable”.

Could you point me to the correct location where I can remove the <i> tag for the Map Location placeholder?

You need to modify the template file at events-manager/templates/placeholders/locationmap.php
