    Hi,

We really like the pdf of the invoice which your plugin makes possible. Unfortunately the invoice is sent to the shopowner automatically and not to the customer, and we would like both to have the invoice automatically. Can you help us to explain what we did wrong?

    Hello Ingrid,
You can set the attachments via the settings under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > “Attach to:. It sounds like you may currently have this set to the “New order (admin email)”, which I would recommend disabling because for most purposes this email is fired too early (and it sounds like you don’t want this anyway). More information about this: When is the PDF invoice number assigned?

Hope that helps – let us know if you need more help with this!

Problem is solved. The website didn’t sent emails because the smtp information had changed en wasn’t correct anymore. Now the email is correct assigned it arrives as supposed.
