    Hello,

    I have the same problem as a previous post on this forum :
    “I am using your plugin on a client site to show their instagram feed. For some reason, new posts on their instagram weren’t displayed to their site’s feed. I cleared the cache via your plugin, and now the feed is empty (makes sense) but nothing is displayed at all. I seems as if from a certain moment, Spotlight cannot load new instagram posts anymore. Below is the error I got:
    The Instagram API responded with an error: Error #0 [Unknown]: Client error:GET (website url) resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:
    Sorry, this content isn’t available right now`

    I tried te reconnect the instagram account but i didn’t solve the problem.
    I checked the cron with wp_control but I didn’t find any issue with spotlight.

    Can you please help me to solve this ?

    Thank you for reaching out. I took a quick look at the site in question and notice that the images seem to be fresh and current. They match the IG account.

    With that said, can you please make sure that you are using the current version of our Plugin? The version is 1.5.3 released earlier this week. There were some changes in the Meta API that broke the integration however these have all been addressed.

    Can you please let me know if you are still receiving errors when you update posts?

    Can you please verify that you are using our latest version?
    This would be version 1.6?. If so can you please try to reconnect your account?

    1. Navigate to the Settings > Accounts tab
    2. Click the Ellispe buttons 
    3. Click Reconnect

    Once you are sure your account is reconnected click the feed you are a reviewing

    This will automatically pull in your feed.

    Additionally, if you are still having unexpected results I would recommend clearing your cache and updating posts.

    This can be done by Clicking on the Feeds menu item. Once the feeds list is available 
    1. click the Ellipse button 
    2. select Clear Cache
    3. Select Update Posts

    If none of these options resolve your reported happening, please check the log files found in the tools section.

    Navigate to Settings. You find the logs section below. If you prefer to not download the file, you can highlight and select the information contained there.
