The images on this page contain alt attributes — why is this orange?

    I added alt attributes to my image and now I’m getting an orange circle that says “The images on this page contain alt attributes.”

    I get the same orange circle if I remove the alt attributes, and then the message changes to “The images on this page are missing alt attributes.”

    Why do I get an orange circle with notification that the images DO have alt attributes?

    In order to better assist you, we’ll need more information.

    • Are you using any page builder plugin to add the content and image on your page?
    • Are you running the latest WordPress version 4.8?
    • Are you running the latest Yoast SEO version 5.1
    • What theme are you using?
    • Can you please show us a screenshot in which you highlight the issue and how you’ve added the content+image so that we can take a look?
