The images on my website not displaying on mobile.

  • I need help! The images on my website are not displaying on mobile. I have tried using an iPad also but the images ain’t showing still.

    This also affects the images in my store. The product image is not displaying.

    I use elegant theme.

    I have tested on my phone and have been able to load the images. Can you try to clear the cache on your iPad or test with a different browser?

    The main image on the product pages are loading, but they are very large, can you try to disable any image plugins which could be conflicting with your Elegant theme.

    Hi, thanks for the prompt response. I’ve done what you suggested and it’s still not working.

    The images on the shop page are all visible; however, once I click on a product and get redirected a product page, the images do not display. The gallery images displays in small icons but if I click on them, they do not show up.
