    We’re very sorry that you’re having trouble with it, and we’ll be happy to fix it for you. Unfortunately, a screenshot is not enough for us to diagnose the issue. Would it be an option for you to provide us with the direct link to the page with the plugin? We’ll find out what’s causing it, and do the best we can to come up with a solution.
