Do you see any errors in your browser console? Maybe it can give us some hint.

Also I would suggest to try disabling the Plugins and switching to default theme and see if that helps.

It can be some theme/Plugin conflict.

Sorry my friend, I just deactivated all plugins and forgot to clear the cache in the browser

for now, the problem has been fixed

one of the plugins is clashing
