    Hello

    Could I have found a bug, or is the error only with me? The chatbot icon does not appear on the phone.

    It only works on the phone if it is set to automatically pop up in a window.

  • It appears on my website fine (https://yeniexpo.com). But the popup appears too wide (wider than the phone screen). Also, the popup is too short, so the guest can’t see the Bot’s answer.

    I solved it.

    It was not visible on the phone due to the placement on the left side

    @dounsa I would put wasapp on the left side, reset chatGpt and check that way

    I checked your website @dounsa. Indeed, your pagebuilder is generating a lot of CSS, some of them change the way the chatbot looks originally. I just released a version that tries to avoid that. Please give it a try ?? It’s version 0.7.7.
