The icon cannot appear

  • Try removing this Plugin and reinstalling it.
    I assume it is conflicting with another of your plugins

    For test purposes, would you please deactivate another plugin and then clear the site’s cache to check if the issue still persists or not? If that doesn’t work Would you please provide us the URL of the site? We will check and let you know the solutions.

    I am having the same issue. Switching to FontAwesome v.4 solved it, but it takes a while to load.
