The homepage does not refresh

Hello !

My static homepage is not refreshed. All the people who have already loaded it at least once, are obliged to press ctrl + F5 to see the new article appear.

So I deactivated this option: “Browser cache Reduces page loading times for regular visitors”, now it works but the site is necessarily slower…

So I only excluded the homepage via a WPFC rule, but it doesn’t work.

Would you know how I can turn the homepage out of browser caching only?
(remove it from persisting objects)
