The “Hello” Message won’t dismiss for users

Thanks a bunch for taking over this plugin and fixing it up!

The “Hello” message is not removing itself when users lower than an admin try to remove it from their dashboards with the “dismiss” button. We built out a fully custom dashboard for a client that uses your plugin and this message appears to basically all of their staff on login.
