    Hi,
    Sorry to disturb you.
    I have loaded the H5P plugin. After that, I clcked on “Add New”.
    But unfortunately, the H5P hub has not loaded. And I have just that “-” instead of a list of content types.
    Could you please help me to understand what I need to do to solve my issue and get the list of contents?

    Try going into the H5P settings and enabling the H5P Hub. If that doesn’t work you should check your web server’s error_log file.

    Hello,

    Sorry I come back to you again. I tried again without success.
    Indeed, everytime I see the same message : “Unable to unzip H5P file
    The file you uploaded is not a valid HTML5 Package. The H5P file you were trying to use was not possible to unzip.”

    In addition I’m not a specialist and I have not found the web server’s error_log file. I’m on OVH, where I can find it please?

    It seems like there are some restrictions on your web host or maybe something is misconfigured. It’s often individual how things are set up from hosting service to hosting service and some even have restrictions on what you can do depending on your hosting plan. The best place to seek help for this is from OVH themselves: https://community.ovh.com/
