The Gem Theme incompability

Hi!

I am using this great plugin with several themes, everytime it works like a charm. I have problem with only one theme – The Gem Theme. I don’t see all thumbnails made by this theme in crop-thumbnails plug-in, only these two with thegem- prefix:

In function.php I see:

Other thumbnails are made in other place in functions.php:

Could you help me please how to add other types of thumbnails to plugin?
