The full name does not appear when selected in notifications sales

I am facing a problem in displaying notification sales , as when I choose to display the customer’s full name, only the first name and the first letter of the second name appears…. I left a ticket for support and gave them an admin account so that they could solve the problem and two days passed without interest. I am really upset
