    I paid for the pro version, installed it as directed. The upgrade button has disappeared but i am still limited to 7 options on a form and get the dialog: “The free version is limited up to 7 fields to add. If you need this functionality, you need to buy the commercial version.”

    The old version is gone, everything is the latest. I deleted all forms that I had been testing with in the free version.

    Is there something that i missed?

  • I had to duplicate my forms and add on, the ones created by the free version maintained the limitation.

    Do you have any cache plugins installed to your website? If so, please clear them and check Form Maker fields again. Let us know if this fixes the issue.

    thank you, i think it might have been a cache issue somewhere.. the problem seems to have resolved itself
