The free credits don’t reset every month

    Hi there,

    I built a new website and installed this plugin immediately. The first 2000 free credits worked just fine (I optimized 400 photos, each with 5 different dimensions), but the counter never reset after that. It’s been a few months now and I still have 0 credits on my account. Here are the statistics so far: Credits: 0 /2000 | Un-optimized: 896 | Optimized: 400. Please advise how can I resolve this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We did some troubleshooting on our side and finally found that it was bug on our server end.

    Now we have fixed it. The credits should be reset properly again on the 1st day of the next month.
