    Hi @mahamuduljony123

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

This is related to the form size, when creating big forms it renders the entire HTML in the page even it is a pagination form so mobiles browser have fewer resources and may have trouble handling it.

But can you please export your form and share using Google drive so we can verify the entire form and test it on our lab sites too?

Hi is there any solution you have to make the form performance faster?

    Hi @mahamuduljony123

I hope you are doing well.

Keep in mind that free support doesn’t follow the 24h timeframe reply as the Pro members, so it is expected to have a delay in the responses.

Once that said, we checked your form on mobile and we can see there is a small slow performance when the form is loading but it gets faster after some paginations.

This should be related to the issue that I let you know about in the initial response, the mobile has fewer resources and has more issues running the necessary scripts.

We escalated this to our developers to verify if anything can be done from the plugin side to speed up this form.

I am afraid we can’t guarantee that we will be able to speed up it without changing the form for example splitting it into two forms or decreasing the select options but we will reply as soon as hearing back from the developers.

Note, this team deal with a more complex situation and it can cause a delay in the response.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hello there @mahamuduljony123

I’m afraid there’s nothing much we can do from our end. In the form, there are many radio fields with images in each option and almost all of the radio fields consist of 5 or more options. Some of them even have 10+ options. In between the steps we have validation and calculation too.

We can still suggest a few improvements though:

    1. In the visibility condition we can set if field is not null by not selecting any value. This is cause in the form there are many fields where visibility condition is set for all the field values. So, if the condition field (e.g. select-4) have 10 values, then in visibility condition 10 rules are added. Using if not null will make these visibility conditions to work faster.

    2. Try to reduce the radio field count and page breaks. The only time it started working fast for us is when we removed a few of the select fields that contain lots of options.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
