The form doesn’t open

    Hello,
    After installing the plugin and clicking on the earphone , the form doesn’t open. Only a small blank is visible. https://ibb.co/J53xv1x
    Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

    Problem solved. Needed to upgrade theme to newest version.

    Thanks, I check each version before deploying. Everything should work, although there may be conflicts with other scripts in the template or plugins
