I am testing the form, the submission message appears regularly but immediately afterwards the form disappears. I need to reload the page for it to appear again.
I use WP 5.6 with the Hueman model. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

    Thanks

    Hi @umberto69,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I checked the page you provided (/contatti) but could not see the form. Do you currently have the form published, so it can be viewed on a live page?

Please try checking for any caching that needs to be cleared in case you have this installed. You can also try in form settings > behavior > rendering and enable “load the form using ajax” and also “prevent page caching on form pages”.

In case the issue still persists, as there are currently no errors showing in console, I would advise running a plugin conflict test.

First, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.

Then deactivate all plugins apart from Forminator, and proceed to activate a default theme like TwentyTwentyOne. Clear all caches and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme. One by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination. The following flowchart image can assist you during this test: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Resolved. In edit form behavior I had by mistake set: hide form.
The form did its duty, I was wrong.
    Thanks for the support anyway.
