When i make a test to create a new user, I have the message The form could not be submitted ReferenceError: submitAcymForm is not defined
And the post in the forum doesn’t give a help for my problem so I post this message.
I have a form in the widget in the side bar, and in my admin it is said that I have no acymailing form. I sent a test and it’s okay. It’s only the new subscriber’s form that doesn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

This might be an compatibility issue with another plugin on your website.
Could you please access the widget parameters (Appearance / Widgets) then edit the AcyMailing widget?
You should see a section “Advanced parameters” and find the option “Load javascript module”. Please change this option to the other value and let me know if it fixes the problem?

Yes-, it fixed the problem, but now, I can see that the invisible capcha don’t work !
I have the message “Le captcha n’est pas valide, veuillez réessayer” (the captcha isn’t valid, retry)

    Hi,

I can see there are some JS errors on your website.
I’m afraid this can be the reason why it doesn’t work.

I think best solution is to open a ticket using our form on our website.
This way we will be able to have a closer look and see what’s causing the issue ??

Finally, I inscribed the site on google to have recaptcha codes and I have written them on acymailing configuration. Now it works well.

    Hi,

I’m super glad to hear it! Such a good news ??
    Thanks for letting me know!
