    I want to put the location and the opening times at the list items in the first section in the English side with English language and in the Arabic side in the Arabic language

    unfortunately when I edit it in the arabic sides it edited in english side at the same time automatically and I cant put it in the arabic side with arabic language and in the english side with english language

    can you edit it from your side

    Hi @wafaasaadeh

    You might need to create a separate header for the other site.
    Go to Dashboard->Appearance->Editor, inside the editor click the WordPress logo (top left), a sidebar will appear and click on Template Parts.
    On top right, click Add New to add new header and after that you can assign that header to your other site.

    but the theme forced me to choose the same template for both Home page in English and arabic side

    Could you tell me how do you use the home page template and have different languages on both?
    If it use the same template, it should work similarly with the header too.
