I can see now maybe the quotation marks were just wrong as I copied the sample code from the explanation page for the plugin. Sorry about that. It looked okay because of the font on my Japanese computer.

The English page. Working. I just wish there was an easier way to include or exclude items. Maybe you could make it like contact forms 7 where you create different forms then post the shortcode. That would allow use to use checkboxes.

As for the feature suggestion, will add that to the list. But unfortunately I can’t say for sure when it would be added.
