The filters are not working with Crocoblock’s JetWooBuilder.

    Hello!

    I’m developing an e-commerce website, and on the product’s main page, we have filters that we made with your plugin, and also the sorting and pagination widgets. The issue we’re facing is that when we add pagination to the page, filtering doesn’t work correctly anymore, and neither does sorting. For example:

    Filtering: It doesn’t work properly when we select Bluetooth-enabled fans. It shows other fans with different types of activation.

    Sorting: Even when we select the “ceiling fans” category and sort by the lowest price, it shows other products from other categories that also have the lowest price, not just from the selected category.

    I’m stuck on this, and we have a tight deadline for delivery. Can you help me with this?

    Hi @sarahbrandit

    Unfortunately, we didn’t find the presence of our plugin following the link that you presented.

    But the issue is more likely in the pagination that makes a sort of a copy of the main query and then works with it ignoring the filtered query.
