  • Hi
    my site is writingtactics.com,I get error
    The file xml it seems not existing. Click into the “Try Again” button in order to refresh it! I have even created a catalog in business manager and assigned it to the specified pixel , and still same error
    also using pixel helper, the view content and add to cart state error, can’t match products. I googled for this and all could find was that my sku may not be compatible with plugins I am using letters for sku for example cbs, would this be issue should i be using numbers? Any help you can give appreciated. I am using woocommerce 3.2.6

    I shared a new version of the plugin and ask you something else if no success.

    For the other issues, they are related to the product catalog. Those are simply warnings because the pixels are referring to some products that you don’t have in your business manager because you don’t have a product catalog created yet. Also, if you are using the SKU instead of the ID in your pixels (you can check it in the Pixel Helper), make sure to check the “Use SKU” option in the feed configuration from Pixel Caffeine admin.
