The file ‘/wordpress/seraph-accel-img-compr-redir.conf’ has wrong state.

hello i have two seperate sites on flywheel hosting accounts that im trying to get seraphinite installed on.. im able to install the plugin but i get this error: and it doesnt go away even if save the plugin.

The file ‘/wordpress/seraph-accel-img-compr-redir.conf’ has wrong state. Please,?save the plugin settings?to correct it.

on the second site, as soon as I activate the plugin, my wp-admin crashes and this is the error log I receive.
