Hi, do you use any specific Security plugin, if so, try deactivating it once and see if the Tour works?

I tried to deactivate most of the plugins (to see if they do not interfere) but the Tour still doesnt work..

I see. Basically, on your site, there is no Access-Control-Allow-Origin which is restricting our plugin from being able to access your images.

So I believe if you contact the person who manages the server or the hosting provider, they will be able to help with this.

Let us know what they inform you.
