The file attachment widget does not upload

  • I have set a file attachment widget over a conditional sentence. However, the widget not always uploads. I could not find a pattern of behavior. There are no clashes on the conditionals. The conditionals are very simple. If the last question you say SI, a dropdown and the file attachment widget appear. If you click NO, nothing else happens.
    Any clues of what’s happening?
