The field placeholders are not visible

    Hi,

    Great plugin. Will be using it for sure. I have only one problem. The placeholders for the fields aren’t visible at all.

    Could you please let me know how to fix this issue?

    Hi Andrei,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    I had a look at your site and it appears that your theme style.css file is hiding placeholders from the site.

    Are you aware of this? Perhaps your theme allows for specific form setup.

    Please try adding the following to Live Chat -> Settings -> Custom Scripts -> CSS:

#wp-live-chat input::-moz-placeholder{color:#9E9E9E !important;}
#wp-live-chat input:-moz-placeholder{ /* Older versions of Firefox */color:#9E9E9E !important;}
#wp-live-chat input:-ms-input-placeholder{color:#9E9E9E !important;}
