These error messages are from 13.3.5.1 and are all fixed in 13.3.5.2. Can you check again if you can reproduce them?

Your feed url https://homedance.com.br/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/K6eaHOoMnN1a0wGYzPenJSdS1sBju0TA.xml appears to have 2000+ products. Per the log information as well it says there’s a product count of 2163.

If this appears to be right, then it looks like it just had to refresh the feed which it probably did on the last schedule. It may be that Google hasn’t pulled in the latest feed and pulled one which was not generated properly.

In version 13.3.5.2 it doesn’t exceed 11% I downgraded to try to solve it, but it doesn’t work in any of them, I tried until 13.3.4 but it doesn’t work either. the feed does not update out of stock items, prices, nothing else works unfortunately.

Hi @kevinineric I can see in the log there that it appears to have processed 241 products out of 2163.

It’s just odd that the XML file itself has 2012 <item>’s indicating it finished? I can see from the history section this is the same number as it was generating for most of August. Does it sound right?

Many thanks @kevinineric … I can see the error log is complaining that the Product_Feed_Helper class is not found, this is super weird. We must be missing something that is unique to this feed set up.

In the meantime, I know this is a bit of a nuclear option, but would you be able to try creating a new feed just to test if a brand new feed will generate?

Hi @kevinineric, messaged you via our support system as well but just in case you didn’t see it, could you please update to 13.3.5.3 which was just released and try regenerating your feeds it should be solved now.
