    Hello,
Your free plugin is really what I’m looking for. I configured with a personal account, the feed of my Instagram account appears in the back office. I copied the shortcode to display it on a page of my site… but nothing is displayed!
    What I tried:
    – I tried to use Access Token, mais feed still does not appear
    – I refreshed cache of plugin and cache of site (WP Fatest cache), but nothing
    – As I use Autoptimize plugin on my website, I had a look at this page, but I didn’t understand what I have to do.

Can you help me and guide me step by step? Many thanks in advance.

Hi @flobogo, thanks for choosing Spotlight!

If the feed works fine within Spotlight’s pages but not when embedded on your site, something may be conflicting with it. We’ve documented a few possible causes and solutions for this here:

Looking at your website, it seems that the second link may be the most relevant.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for trying to help me.

Firt link: As I told, I have WP Fatest Cache wich is active on my website, but I have emptied the cache twice, and nothing changed.
        I don’t use Cloud Flare.
Second link: I tested to save permalink in order to force WordPress to refresh them, but nothing change. (and I emptied cache before and after)
        Rest API is not disabled.

So, what can we try now?

    1. Spotlight is integrated with a number of caching plugins to avoid these kinds of issues so that shouldn’t be the issue if you’ve already cleared the cache as well.

    2. Is it possible to send us a list of the plugins that are active on your site so we can check whether any of them stand out as potential conflicts? If you’re not comfortable sharing that here, you may contact us at [email protected].

It may also be worth asking your hosting provider whether they have anything that blocks the WP REST API from their end.

    Hi Mark,

Well, I send an e-mail (from Florence – de Mon coin de Bourgogne) with my plugins list. Hope this can help you determine a possible conflict with Spotlight.

I will also contact my web host, but I don’t think it is blocking the REST API, never had a problem.

    Thanks

Thank you, we’ll continue the conversation there for the time being.
