The FA button missing in the MCE editor – Even after posting

I’ve read through many of the support topics that might lend a clue as to why I don’t see the FA button above the MCE editor. But nothing I read shed any light on the issue.

I’ve created a shortcode posting and saved it and still no FA button. Am I missing something obvious? I’ve looked at previously saved posts and pages and no button.

I took the shortcode example from your tutorial [fac_icon icon=”camera”] and I get a nice looking camera icon – so I know some of the plugin is working.

I imagine the best way for you to see the issue is to take a look at the site. If you give me a contact email, I’ll send you credentials.
