The excerpt is not working for Chinese

    Hi i’ve installled the elementskit lite, and i’ve use the blog posts functions, everything looks good apart from the excerpt is not working for Chinese wording.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I can understand the issue you are talking about. I have tested the Blog Post widget of the Elementskit plugin by placing Chinese Word Excerpt in one of the Blog posts. I found that the Chinese excerpt is appearing perfectly with the Blog Post Widget. I haven’t found any issue there. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding.

    Since it is appearing properly on my end, maybe there is something that is preventing the excerpt to display properly. Will you please try running a plugin conflict test on your site?

    To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, start activating the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that is causing the issue.

    Let me know the update after the conflict test. If that doesn’t help, I will take a closer look. Looking forward to your response.
