You can just add the link to your event within a Facebook update. We unfortunately don’t have a way to have events created within your WordPress site automatically added as events within Facebook.

We have investigated adding this feature a few times. Each time we do we find difficulties with the Facebook API. But please add your voice here if it interests you, we are likely going to look into it soon since there have been some updates on Facebook’ end:
