The endless embedding Questions… How do I make this happen?

So I have a justhost website. I have read numerous posts and threads, Q and A’s about how to get my wp blog onto my site. I’ve talked to justhost tech support. I’ve experimented for HOURS. At thist point I need a basic step by step on how to actually get the wp blog onto our site. I have virtually no php, html, or sql programming knowledge and have struggled trying to figure out how to use the file directory tools available to me through justhost. At this point the tutorials are running me into various issues because of my lack of knowlege. I humble myself and ask if anyone can guide me through this process w/out sending me to yet another tutorial that leaves out details that I’m missing. Please help. Thanks!
