    I really like the plugin, and I would like to upgrade to the pro version.
    I have a problem that I do not receive mail when a user opens or replies the ticket.
    Is this a problem due to the demo version? Or else?

    This a premium plugin feature so send an automated reply to the customer when the ticket is opened or updated.

    LOL, what a joke. He promised to update the plugin to make it functional but still has not. Any support plugin that does not send notification emails is worthless.
