    If you are seeing a blank page on clicking the Email icon, your system doesn’t have an email client (outlook, thunderbird etc) installed and your browser also doesn’t have any default email service configured to handle such links.
    The functionality of Email share icon depends on the device of the person clicking it. So, don’t worry about it.

    Now I understand. The company has recently transitioned from using Microsoft Outlook to Microsoft 365. Is there an email icon available that is compatible with both versions?

    You can enable other email share icons like – Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc allowing the visitors to share on a specific email service.
