Hello,

I’ve been working through updates to the hypebiz theme which i have installed on my website over the past few days with no issues, it’s been great!!

However, this evening i hit an error when updating the “service” template page and now cannot edit the page. It is erroring out each time i try to edit the template with the message “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

When i click “Attempt Recovery” it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue. The error detail is:

Any help resolving this issue or sharing information on how to reset the template to its original state so i can start again would be really appreciated!

Could you send me a screenshot of the editor when the error happened?
(You could upload the screenshot to image sharing site and paste the link here)

Also, which part of the service template you try to edit?

Thanks for your response. The error occured after i updated the Image Box section of the Services page, but i’m not able to load the template to edit further now as i recieve the error immediately after trying to edit the page.

hi, we need to take a look about the issue. while waiting, you can follow step. this going to be quite long.

1. create a page, and click new to create new template https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuj5Lo6
2. after you create new template, just leave it there. and go to site editor, and click on browse all template. you will notice that you have new template. https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou1Nx7r
3. click those page, and use this code on code editor. https://pastebin.com/EudmVvwg

hi @gruppettodigital, i think there is easier way to reset editor.

1. go to site editor.
2. click browse all template https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uQnkOm
3. and delete “service template” https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/3iIZIRqqRCutQo1BnHf5dQ.png
4. don’t forget to refresh the page after delete (this one is important).
5. service template will back to its original.

Try update to the latest version 1.4.0.

There doesn’t seem to be an update to version 1.4.0 available. I have 1.02 installed and its showing as that is the latest version. Also showing the same on the WordPress.ord website:
